[My goal for doing this course was] to learn how my body moves while running. To understand how do I need to organise myself for this complex movement and to correct unuseful movement patterns that over the years cause running to be less of a joy and more of a pain activity. To say that I met my goal it would be an understatement. To run 5 and 10km with no pain or only niggles here and there is more that I would have hoped for, especially that in the past after running 2-3km I would struggle walking for 1-2 days...
